What are the fees for using Closet Groupie? There are no listing fees to sell on Closet Groupie. Once an item from your closet sells, you will be charged a $1 selling fee per item + a 5% commission fee. That means if you sell one dress for $50, we will charge a $3.50 fee.
We hate fees as much as you do. We are trying hard to keep your fees low and still be able to run this awesome website.
How do you collect my fees? We collect your fees directly at the time of the transaction.
How long does my listing stay on Closet Groupie? Your listing will stay on Closet Groupie until it sells or until you decide to delete it. You can edit your item at any time.
How many items can I sell in my closet? There are currently no limits to how many items you can sell in your closet.
Can I return an item I purchased on Closet Groupie? Each closet owner will have a different policy on whether or not they accept returns. Please contact the closet owner if you have questions about their return policy BEFORE you buy.
How do I handle a dispute? We encourage our members to try and settle disputes with one another. If you feel your situation requires a diplomat, or an intervention from Closet Groupie, email us at info@closetgroupie.com. Click here to find out how PayPal protects your purchase.
Wow, shipping can be expensive! How can I make it easier on my pretty wallet? Yes, we think shipping is expensive too. You can lower your shipping costs by ordering your supplies online from USPS. They are FREE!
When I upload an item for sale, what does “If shipped with another item” mean? This is the price you will charge to ship that item if the buyer is buying more than just that one item from your closet. The idea is that you will save money by bundling the shipment and you can pass those savings onto the person shopping in your closet. It’s a great incentive and encourages buyers to buy more than one item from your closet.
